EIFS PB Washers

Above washers are the typical Australian style EIFS washers, made by high-impact virgin polypropylene with eight reinforcing ribs.

Washers– 28mm Dia with a 5.0 mm screw hole in the center.

Application:

Screwing from backside fixing the fiberglass mesh in the EIFS (Exterior Insulation And Finish System) wall system.

North America Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) & polymer based (PB) system installation stator.

Production method: injection molding

Packaging:

500 units in a small pack and 10 boxes in a carton.

Only washer 2000 units in box, 54 boxes on a pallet.

Washer assembled with drywall screw 500 or1000 units in a box, 54 boxes on a pallet.

2” diameter high impact polypropylene washer/fasteners in EIFS wall system.

12 reinforcing ribs ensure its sturdiness.

Washer central hole fit for 4.2mm diameter screw thread.
